Ingredients:
1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup Splenda (or any sugar or sugar substitute)
1 TSP baking soda
1 egg (or use an egg substitute to save calories)
Mix the peanut butter and Splenda/sugar first then add the egg/egg substitute and baking soda. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 18 cookies.
